The position is a vital part of company's infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and compliance with laws

and regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Process Improvement

 Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and

control objectives. Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support

for findings

 Propose practical and value-added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process


 Organize and reference work papers for review by Supervisor


 Conduct separate investigations regarding frauds and internal violations of business conducts when


 Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks


 Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings

and recommendations to management team

 Lead the work with auditors in matters of authorization control, risk assessment to ensure no unexpected

material fines and penalties and no serious audit findings


Knowledge and Experience

 Any education background is welcome

 1-2 Quality working experience

 Well-developed technical skills in Word, Excel, and Process-flow visualization

 Solid understanding of risk and control concepts is preferred but not required. Ability to apply these

concepts to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business processes and controls to mitigate risk

to tolerance levels defined by management

 Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all

levels within the organization

 Logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving
